Please provide me with as much information as possible about the process you are undertaking, as well as any useful documents that may help me to understand your situation. There is no charge for preparing our assistance session (approx. 30 mins to 1 hour). If 1 session is not enough, I will let you know by message before starting the first one. Also, in the event that the process takes several hours, e.g. house-hunting, organizing your move, I'll send you an estimate after an exchange. Personal assistance at home (or somewhere else) is more expensive because of the commuting time involved. I encourage you to download the anydesk software (https://anydesk.com/fr) so that our session can be more guided and I can fill in your documents remotely. I use it to help my family. It is extremely secure.
